Information and purposes
Email correspondence may include your name, email address and information you choose to share. It is used to answer enquiries, discuss collaborations and manage assignments. Please provide only necessary information and agree an appropriate channel before sharing confidential materials.
The project form creates a draft in your own email application. It does not submit its contents to a form service or store them on this web server. Your language choice is stored locally in your browser. The hosting provider may process technical information, including IP addresses, requests and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.
Legal bases and retention
Enquiries and assignments are handled on the basis of precontractual measures or performance of a contract, as applicable. Security and abuse prevention rely on the legitimate interest in maintaining the service. Legal obligations may also require processing. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the enquiry or professional relationship, followed by applicable legal retention and liability periods.
Service providers
Personal information is not sold. Hosting and email providers may process information to deliver their services; authorities may receive information where legally required. Hosting is provided through Cloudflare. See its privacy policy and data-processing terms, including safeguards for international transfers. Your email application and external linked websites apply their own policies.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by contacting the address above. Additional identity information is requested only where necessary. Requests are handled within legal time limits, generally one month, with permitted extensions. No visitor profiling or automated individual decisions are performed. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
